1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We utilize trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
- Domestic (USA): USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- International: DHL Express and UPS International.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1–2 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

4. Domestic vs. International Shipping
Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
International: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. Oley Naturals is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@oleynaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Oley Naturals is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
7. Address Accuracy Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible if a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
