Return Policy

Our Return Policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring a premium experience for every Oley Naturals customer.

1.  Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Due to the consumable nature of herbal supplements, we cannot accept returns on products where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with, unless the product is defective.

 

2.  Condition Requirements

 To qualify for a return:

  •   The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
  •   The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the safety seal intact.
  •   The item must be securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage.

3.  Return Authorization Process

Before shipping any items back to us, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step 1: Email support@oleynaturals.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with an RMA number and the return shipping address.

Step 3: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.

Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed in processing.

4.  Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5.  Exceptions for Consumable Products

We understand that wellness is a journey. If you experience an adverse reaction or find that a product is defective, please contact us immediately. While we generally do not accept returns on opened consumables, we handle these cases on an individual basis to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

 

6.  Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1:  Contact support@oleynaturals.com to start your return.

Step 2: Receive your RMA and return address.

Step 3:  Pack the item securely and include your order slip.

Step 4:  Ship the package using a trackable method.

Step 5:  Notify us once the package has been sent.

Step 6:  Await inspection and refund/exchange notification.

 

Note: Approved returns may be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
