1. Refund Eligibility Timeframe
You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a refund for your purchase. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be submitted via email to support@oleynaturals.com within the 30-day period.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email used for the purchase).
- For safety and hygiene reasons, supplements must be in their original, unopened packaging to receive a full refund.
- Partially used products may be eligible for a partial credit or refund at the sole discretion of Oley Naturals, provided the request is based on a verifiable product defect.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards.
- Promotional or "Final Sale" items.
- Products that have been significantly consumed (more than 25% of the contents).
- Shipping costs associated with the original purchase.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your refund request is approved and any necessary return items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
5. Original Payment Method
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards or bank accounts to prevent fraudulent activity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Chargeback Prevention
We encourage all customers to contact our support team directly at support@oleynaturals.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks result in significant administrative costs, and Oley Naturals reserves the right to dispute any unfounded chargebacks and reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of suspected fraudulent chargebacks.
